振动筛分机制造精度控制!

制造手段和过程对产品的形成具有重要作用。单纯从产品设计采取措施并不能完全解决振动筛可靠性问题。


1 材料控制
第一,由于振动筛的工作条件特殊,因此,材料选购非常重要,特别是关键部件的材料。当前市场产品质量良莠不齐,市场竞争不规范,所以,对振动筛材料要进行择优采购,对进货质量进行复检并建立档案。我国振动筛状况与制造企业有直接关系。第二,要按用户要求选择材料,把进货品质证书归档、保存作为产品质量跟踪分析的判断。第三,材料控制内容。一是按合格分包方要求选择供货企业,建立产品质量跟踪制度,对供货企业进行动态评估。二是对
钢材的主要理化性能进行抽检。三是把供货企业、进货名称、数量和使用该材料的产品合同号登记,把产品检验证书、抽检记录原件归档保存。四是对关键部件的主要材料采取探伤措施,确保
缺陷部位不用于产品。
2 制造精度控制
除了形位控制和粗糙度控制外,最重要的是焊接变形控制。焊接件变形大是我国振动筛与国外名牌产品的主要差距之一,主要是钢材焊接出现的变形,其变形量能达几毫米。筛框的纵梁、给料箱、后挡板、具有箱式振动器的直线筛主梁两侧连接板都存在这个问题,国外名牌产品焊接件保持平直,无可见变形,其中不乏具有连续长焊缝的焊接件。筛框构件多为焊接件,国内企业普遍采用单一的手工电弧焊,这种方法常用于小件焊接,但用于主梁 30mm 以上的中厚板则须多遍施焊,导致效率低且焊皮清理不净,容易形成夹渣等缺陷。近代制造业已广泛使用 CO2气体保护焊,焊接成本较低、易于操作,用细焊丝时焊件变形小,焊缝抗锈、抗裂性好,电弧热量集中且穿透力强,能取代手工电弧焊。此外,埋弧焊对30mm 以上中厚板焊接具有良好的适用性,其筛框钢材均为低碳钢,具有良好的可焊性,但筛框的结构与受力状态远不同于一般钢结构与压力容器,所以,按工件的具体条件来选择焊接方法,制订焊接工艺,在制造过程中,要严格实施焊接工艺才能解决变形问题。

2 the manufacturing accuracy control
